It is hard to believe that we have been in our new beautiful home for 8 months now. As I look around I am thrilled with the quality and the craftsmanship. Everything was built to perfection and built to last. It is obvious that it is a labour of love for you.

I think it is rare to find a builder of your caliber. We wanted to express our sincere thanks for building us our dream home. Although we have built before, we were impressed with the freedom and flexibility you offered in helping us get started. From choosing and modifying floor plans, to finding sources for flooring, fixtures, etc. you were very helpful as you walked us through the process.

What impressed us most was the quality of materials included in the buying price and the very flexible allowances you offered. Unlike other builders who limit your choices or charge extra for the littlest of things, you clearly know how to make a customer happy by doing it right the first time. To quote you, "If it's not good enough for my house, it's not good enough at all."

Throughout the process, you kept us informed and worked hard to meet our firm deadline. We were impressed with the fact that, although rushed and battling the winter elements, you finished the home a week early! Since moving into our new dream home, we've been pleased with your exceptional followup service and casual, friendly conversation. While you may be our builder, we feel that our relationship with you has extended beyond that.

Friends and family who've come to see our new home have been impressed with what they see; the high quality workmanship; the attention to detail; and the overall layout of the home.
